1、 使用范圍
鋼制重力式無閥過濾(lv)器(qi)系列產品(pin),廣泛適用于(yu)地表水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)凈化(hua)(如大(da)中小型景(jing)觀(guan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、人工(gong)河湖、噴泉瀑布等(deng)循環水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的過濾(lv));地下水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)除(chu)鐵除(chu)猛;旁流水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)旁流過濾(lv);生產廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)去除(chu)懸浮雜質;有機污(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)經生化(hua)處理、二次沉(chen)淀池(chi)處理之后的后續過濾(lv),以及室內游泳池(chi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的過濾(lv)。
2、 工藝介紹
采用小組(zu)里排水(shui)(shui)系統,正向、重力式(shi)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv),以(yi)自身清(qing)(qing)水(shui)(shui)區的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)量(liang),在(zai)虹吸水(shui)(shui)頭(tou)作用進行反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)。因(yin)此(ci),無須像高(gao)速過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、中速過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、機械過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)(qi)(qi)以(yi)及普通快濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)池(chi)(chi)那(nei)樣須設(she)置(zhi)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)泵貨反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)水(shui)(shui)塔(ta)。該過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)罐(guan)內,采用較(jiao)多跟數的(de)(de)沖(chong)(chong)清(qing)(qing)水(shui)(shui)管,并布置(zhi)在(zai)各自所在(zai)面積圖(tu)形的(de)(de)形心(xin)軸之處。因(yin)此(ci)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)水(shui)(shui)配(pei)水(shui)(shui)均勻(yun),其濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)后水(shui)(shui)再清(qing)(qing)水(shui)(shui)區采用跺(duo)腳集(ji)(ji)水(shui)(shui)槽收集(ji)(ji),因(yin)此(ci)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)罐(guan)就位后,對集(ji)(ji)水(shui)(shui)槽堰頂(ding)之水(shui)(shui)平程度適應能力強,因(yin)而可(ke)以(yi)均勻(yun)集(ji)(ji)水(shui)(shui)。 過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)較(jiao)大規(gui)格產品中,與國(guo)標圖(tu)的(de)(de)鋼筋混凝土重力式(shi)無閥濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)池(chi)(chi)相比,增(zeng)加了(le)魅族三座(zuo)式(shi)系列(lie)(即一座(zuo)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)(qi)(qi)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時(shi),由同一組(zu)的(de)(de)三座(zuo)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)罐(guan)供給反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)水(shui)(shui)量(liang))期終水(shui)(shui)頭(tou)損失大控制值也是國(guo)標圖(tu)的(de)(de)1.7m增(zeng)加了(le)1.5m和1.9m兩次(ci)檔(dang)次(ci),為凈(jing)水(shui)(shui)廠設(she)計的(de)(de)高(gao)程布置(zhi)提(ti)供了(le)方便選(xuan)擇的(de)(de)產品。
3、工藝特點說明
在(zai)運行時,過濾(lv)(lv)—投入(ru)反(fan)沖(chong)洗—終止反(fan)沖(chong)洗—恢復(fu)下一周期的(de)過濾(lv)(lv),均(jun)(jun)自動(dong)進行。這種自動(dong),屬于水(shui)(shui)(shui)力自動(dong),是水(shui)(shui)(shui)力過程(cheng)形成的(de)自動(dong),無(wu)須人員看管。因此,改過濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)的(de)進水(shui)(shui)(shui)、出水(shui)(shui)(shui)、反(fan)沖(chong)洗水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)供水(shui)(shui)(shui)、反(fan)沖(chong)洗廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)排除都(dou)無(wu)須閥門控(kong)(kong)(kong)制,不需(xu)設(she)(she)置如同高速過濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)、中速過濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)、機械(xie)過濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)已(yi)經(jing)普通快濾(lv)(lv)池(均(jun)(jun)需(xu)設(she)(she)四(si)個以上閥門),無(wu)需(xu)安裝需(xu)要精(jing)心維(wei)護的(de)時間(jian)程(cheng)序控(kong)(kong)(kong)制儀(yi)表(biao)或過程(cheng)程(cheng)序控(kong)(kong)(kong)制儀(yi)表(biao)。但在(zai)進水(shui)(shui)(shui)罐(guan)上應設(she)(she)置閥門,供初次投用時使(shi)用,均(jun)(jun)衡(heng)數座(zuo)過濾(lv)(lv)罐(guan)的(de)進水(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang);在(zai)同組旅館連(lian)通管上需(xu)配(pei)置閥門,供輪換檢修(xiu)時停止進水(shui)(shui)(shui)用。
4、工作原理
原水(shui)(shui)(shui)由(you)進水(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)(guan)送入(ru)(ru)濾(lv)池,經(jing)過(guo)濾(lv)層自(zi)上而(er)下地(di)過(guo)濾(lv),清(qing)(qing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)即從連通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)注入(ru)(ru)村水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱內貯存,水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱充滿后,水(shui)(shui)(shui)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)出水(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)(guan)入(ru)(ru)清(qing)(qing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)池,濾(lv)層不(bu)斷(duan)截留懸浮物(wu),造成濾(lv)層阻力(li)的逐漸增(zeng)加,因而(er)促(cu)使虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)內的水(shui)(shui)(shui)位不(bu)斷(duan)升高(gao)。當(dang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)位達到虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)輔助管(guan)(guan)(guan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)口時,水(shui)(shui)(shui)自(zi)該管(guan)(guan)(guan)中落下,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)抽氣(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)借以帶(dai)走虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)下降(jiang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)中的空氣(qi),當(dang)真空度達到一定(ding)值時,便發生虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)作(zuo)用(yong)。這時水(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)(guan)中的水(shui)(shui)(shui)自(zi)下而(er)上地(di)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)濾(lv)層,對濾(lv)料進行反沖(chong)洗。當(dang)沖(chong)洗水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱水(shui)(shui)(shui)面下降(jiang)至(zhi)虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)破(po)壞(huai)管(guan)(guan)(guan)時,空氣(qi)進入(ru)(ru)虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)(guan),破(po)壞(huai)虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)作(zuo)用(yong)。
二、工藝設計(ji)數據(ju)介紹
1、平均濾速:8-10米/時;
2、平均反沖洗強度:15升/ 米(mi)2·秒;
3、反沖洗歷時(shi):5分(fen)鐘;
4、期終水頭損(sun)失值:1.50米、1.70米、1.90米(三檔任選);
5、反沖(chong)洗膨脹高度:700×40%外加(jia)100mm安(an)全高;
6、濾料(liao)層(ceng)高度(du):700mm承(cheng)托(tuo)層(ceng)厚度(du)270mm;
7、進水(shui)濁(zhuo)度(du):不大(da)于(yu)15度(du);
8、出(chu)水濁度(du):不大于3度(du)。
9、關于(yu)進(jin)水(shui)的(de)允許懸浮(fu)物含量或鐵、錳含量,濾后(hou)水(shui)的(de)水(shui)質(zhi)指標(biao)如何,則(ze)應由(you)運(yun)行時控制,以適當的(de)反沖洗周期(qi)去控制濾后(hou)水(shui)不超標(biao)。
